Enerpro Feeds Manufacturing Facility.

Our facility in Ashburton has grown over the past 12 years along with vital growth we have extended the shed size along with the staff all round. All our blended feeds and Calf Meal is produced right here in one place. We are centrally located to be able to supply blended feeds across the South Island.

Team

We have 4 permanent staff in our blending/bagging factory and in the peak season this increases to 8. Hamish Esler (Operations Manager). Hamish has been with Enerpro Feeds since 2018, and prior to that was in transport logistics for 15 years, he was also involved with Enerpro Feeds in a logistical role along side his transport role since we opened for business in 2014 and is passionate about providing our customers with the best service and products and his role ensures we continue to achieve this. Barry Flowers and Rebecca Esler along with seasonal staff all work in the manufacturing facility where all our blended feeds and calf meal are manufactured.

Efficiency

We are continually looking for ways to improve our efficiency to ensure we provide our customers with the absolute best service and product. This year we are upgrading loader capabilities and styles, to be able to help along with increasing our bagging output to insure we are able to meet demand going forward

Distribution

We have consignment stores based across the South Island for our calf meal distribution to ensure you can access the freshest calf meal in a timely manner. Our distribution stores are based with transport companies, so they can deliver to you, or you can collect from their store. We pride ourselves on providing a fresh nutritious product to our customers, so when our calf meal reaches your farm its less than 4 weeks old.
